DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

Required Information

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material
• Contact information for the complaining party
• A statement of good faith belief regarding the use of the material
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include specific information as required by the DMCA.
